I have a 2006 Acura RL SH AWD

My drivers door window switch only rolls down drivers door window , it wont roll down any other windows.

All other windows work using their own door switch, Except the rear drivers door the auto does not work in either direction.

i took the drivers door switch out cleaned the contacts, bent the contacts up for better stronger contact but with no success.

Do i just need a new door switch or is there another underlaying cause that has to do with the rear drivers door auto not working ?

Thanks

I have some vibration on my new to me RL that I was thinking was my transmission (posted about that earlier), which I suppose there could be some, but then I had my wife put the car in drive and hold the brake and give a few revs and the engine is hopping around. Based upon my research, either my front mounts are shot (maybe along with the rear?) or the vacuum lines in the active system are disconnected or have issues.

The dealer i bought it from said to bring it back in so they can look at it. They offer a short warranty on engine and trans and I am in that window, but not sure if that will cover the mounts.

My diagnosis seem accurate? Any thoughts on what this would cost to fix in case he does say thats not covered and wants to charge me? He did say for any work I ever needed done the shop rate is $70 on cars I buy from them, which seems reasonable...most shops in my area are 100-120/hour.

I recently purchased a 2005 RL with a lot of maintenance history. It is at 106,000 miles and it had at least one transmission service, listed as "transmission fluid flushed" at an Acura dealership in 2013 at 64,000 miles. That is the only service based upon the records I have, so the fluid is now 13 years and 40,000 miles old. I did some research and found that a "3x3" approach of draining three quarts of fluid and adding fresh, driving around some, then doing it two more times for a total of three is an approach taken with these cars. As of now, it seems to drive and shift fine, but it does have a bit of a vibration when in drive and stopped.

I will minimally do a drain and fill and have the filter changed, but do you think it is a good idea to do the 3x3 approach instead?

Pic attached for fun. This thing is in mint condition and was well maintained, provided I don't have a transmission issue.

Thanks.
