After 4 hours on this, i have limp mode & a check engine light. the directions given do not match my vehicle (2025 Rdx). And the pipe doesn’t exactly fit the space it goes in. The two sensors are really close to the head. It doesn’t line up with the charge pipe coming up from the intercooler.
Another question.in this photo in front of the two sensors on the pipe u all see that hose that goes up then curls like an upside down J? Where does that plug in? Cuz I don’t think it plugs in anywhere. Also, had one extra bolt; bolt was same as the bolts holding in the battery tray. It seems I have 4 of them but I did not see a place for 4 of them to go.
it’s possible one of the pipe clamps came undone. Not only did I not have the right size socket so that I was using a screwdriver to tighten, I did not get agressive tightening them as well as the bad angle.
also also, the factory pipe bolts to the head with 2 12mm screws. But this pipe just free floats. Wtf?
any thoughts anyone?
