I have a 2018 tlx with appx 132,000 miles. It is a daily driver of mine also. My right front brake caliper ended up getting stuck and was causing this god awful roaring noise when going down the road to start things off. My boyfriend ended up buying rotors calipers and all that stuff brand new and replaced them 2 days ago. Mind you, he knows how to fix some things, he tries... but hes not a mechanic. He doesnt have much time to do anything until he gets home from work..12 hrs + a day...so my concern was him being tired & not doing something right. The day after he put everything on, get in my car to leave & first thing I hear when I pull down my driveway was this metal to metal scraping sound coming from the driver side. I thought that was odd enough but I get to town, turn left into the gas station & hear this horrible popping/clinking noise (I added a video link below so you could hear it. Excuse my language I wasnt happy lol) the popping noise was clearly coming from the right front side which is the same side my caliper was stuck also. The noise only happens when I turn my steering wheel to the left while driving. He took it back to our shop to look at it last night & he checked it & said he couldnt find anything wrong...(like ive said, hes no mechanic) so im just curious to see what anyones opinion is on this. I just want my car safe & to sound normal. Any time theres an abnormal noise, it drives me absolutely insane until its fixed...but my insanity is kinda turning into worry at this point. Lol

Decided to go different with the wheels and lower the car a bit. I was very surprised how well it fit together for me.
