Gather some of those lil silica gel packs found in new merchandise like powertools and electronics, tie them to a string securely and put them inside the headlight via the opening for drl and leave it overnight, usually does the trick.
If the problem persist then u will have to reaseal them.

Hope this helps

Damn, old thread that never got an answer til today lol

First thing I would do is remove a bulb from the socket (DRL), and let the car sit in the sun all day.

Silica gel packs are good.
I threw about 5 small packs in each headlight when I did my blackout.
They help, but they don't assure you won't get moisture (our TL comes with a HUGE silica pack stock in each headlight).

The important thing is to use Nissan Butyl to seal.
Headlight gurus like JnC (official headlight vendor here) only use Nissan Butyl.
Or you can use NAPA window seal (same as the nissan stuff, but you get a lot more and for cheaper).

JnC posted a thread about how butyl seal compares to silicone:

I've done an RSX and 2 TLs with this Nissan Butyl and it's the best thing to use.
