i worked out 3 days a week, cardio and weight lifting. for about half a year.. nothing.
I eat normal, I cut back fast food as much as possible, i try to drink diet as much as possible.. tried water..
nothing. Genes dont help either. my mom and her mom are fat too. and ive been chubby since i was a kid.. nothing i do helps. bah.
