It's obvious you're in the grief period. Every day can be a better day if you keep your mind and body active.
You need to move on though for yourself and to fight any self-loathing and depression that might be stirring.
Exercise, travel, do things you want that would have otherwise been a two person committee vote.
Meet new people or reconnect with people you lost touch with when you're ready.

I'm doing alright. Doing a roadtrip in a couple months. I plan on visiting a few people. As for right now, I've got someone from my past who is helping me along
