I mean, I've had some weird stuff happen to me before.
An employee of the hotel I was saying at in Malaysia tried to bang me. It was a gay man. I felt bad about turning him down because he always sent fresh fruit to my room.
A gay man once followed me into a forest and asked me if I wanted a BJ. I was like wtf? I thought he wanted to kill me. Turns out that if you park your car a certain way in the forest preserve, you're out there lookin to get yo dick sucked.
A dude once asked if he could watch me bang my gf at the time. I honestly didn't find that weird since she is ridiculously hot, still turned him down (she was pissed about it too).

Well, he convinced her to take him back and when I later tried contacting her, he called me up on her phone and went batshit crazy on me. Luckily he never knew where I lived. I've never seen or spoken to her since and as far as I can tell, her marriage is stronger than ever. Yay for her, too.
So, I guess I see myself as some sort of marriage counselor. You may have the same luck. Or you may get beaten up. Or you may just be accelerating the inevitable.

At least you are not diluting yourself into some fairy-tale ending. Two thoughts: first is what others have said about risk. I think it's more likely than not her husband has high potential for bat-shit crazy. Not sure if just getting laid is worth that drama. Also, you really don't know what kind of crazy she is either. Staying married to a douche-bag = low self esteem. She wants attention, maybe a better situation, looking for a white knight....a lot to risk for a one-time thrill.
Second just to give the moral argument a boost - people stuck in bad marriages have a bad situation. She's clearly loyal to this guy, for whatever reason, but if she's flirting shes struggling with something. I think it's worth asking the question if she's vulnerable and being taken advantage of. Also if the roles were reversed and she was your wife, how would you feel if you were the husband?
I think there is a much longer list of reasons not to do it, than do it.

Do they have kids? No matter how much of a dick he is, she won't leave him, until she realizes it and can come to terms with a divorce. Not saying that's what you want, I'm not sure if you have feelings for her or just want to hit it (I loosely read the posts). I know a lot of people that have gotten divorced (not necessarily because of infidelity or abuse) and no matter how BAD it is, it is one of the hardest things for anyone to do, even if you hate the other person.
Either way, if its a quick hit and quit, that's up to you, it's not right regardless of the situation, whether that makes you a good person or not is really up to the individual. You can get your pleasure out of the situation and leave it.
If you have feelings for her, well prepare yourself for possible heartbreak, sometimes these things work out for the best, sometimes you end up losing. Just be ready for anything.

edit: So a good friend of mine had an MX5 a long long time ago, right after it he got a Tiburon. I have memories in the back seat of that car (not sexual ones, if you'll believe that) of my head hitting the roof because I didn't fit. For some reason whenever I think about it, I remember being in the back seat of the MX5, not the Tiburon. And thus that's why S2ks and Miatas have back seats in my brain, because they're the same car.

That's the other thing. Don't eat where you shit. You can convince yourself that this is a good idea, but eventually it will go south and work will become bad. You can swear up and down that if shit doesn't work, you'll both be amicable. You can swear up and down that nothing will change. But it will. And you will hate it. Ask me how I know. The biggest mistake I ever made at work- thank god I was only 23 at the time. Eventually people will find out. They always do. Someone will see something and you're fucked. It's just a really fucking bad idea. I can go on for hours on this alone. It will end poorly. I 156% assure you it will.
