I'm quite impressed with the responses here. Is it because y'all like Vlad enough to watch out for him, or do y'all actually have morals? I'm going with the former. 
Vlad, first and foremost, you have to be warned of the risk. The dude apparently has no regard for his life or his wife, so why should he regard yours?
I know you didn't ask that, so I'll take a stab at your moral questions. A marriage can be the exact opposite of what it's supposed to be.
In that instance, I don't see why some rules apply when all of the others don't. If a woman is seeking companionship, intimacy, or just sex outside of her relationship, she will find it regardless of what some of her suitors will choose, and I don't believe the man who ends up with her is the one to blame. Herein lies the biggest prerequisite for your moral purity. She has to do everything to make it happen for you to be "clean". When you know she is married, you make any effort to impose on that, and you end up with her, that makes you a home wrecker. If she is your affair all on her own doing, she is the home wrecker. From what I am hearing now, your moral slate isn't clean.

Despite the question mark in your thread title, I think you've already made your decision so here are my my two cents:
The big concern:
You two work together, and if your relationship goes wrong, she can start rumors about you that can either end your career, or make your work experience very unpleasant [I'm speaking from experience here, and no she wasn't married]. Be sure to keep a means of demonstrating that she was the one interested in you, and that your relationship was consensual (text messages, voicemails, emails, etc.). You may even consider recording your time together if you want. It may sound creepy, but the intention here is to protect yourself against slander.
- Wear a condom
- Wear A Condom!
- Don't do it at her house; get a hotel room.
- Don't wear fragrances, or anything that could rub off onto her and get someone suspicious.

An employee of the hotel I was saying at in Malaysia tried to bang me. It was a gay man. I felt bad about turning him down because he always sent fresh fruit to my room.
