Should I be her friend?
So this chick I was briefly dating just got back together with her boyfriend. (the half black half hispanic chick who I have known for 5 years and I posted her pic for those who remember)
And now she wants to be friends, she did warn me that there was a good chance they would get back together, so I am not bitter. But I am kind of thinking whats the point you know, she's gonna be weirded out if I ever hang around her and him since we did some stuff that I am sure he wouldn't like to hear about (not sex, but other stuff) and I don't do well with the platonic friends thing, I usually end up banging the chick and ruining the friendship anyway.
But she is cool and she doesn't have much friends, I don't want to just curb her since she didn't really do anything wrong.
Then again she will probably just get all involved in her relationship again and forget about me, so maybe I should just wait until that happens instead of being the bad-guy and giving the we can't be friends speech.
What do you guys think?

i would agree to be friends, but basically treat it as an aqaintance, where you are nice and friendly if you run into each other, but i wouldn't go out of my way to see her. if she wants to see you, she can come look for you.

You're most likely right in the assumption she will forget about you once her boyfriend is back in the picture full time. But, it could turn out that she still wants to see you on a regular basis for something extra, something she isn't getting from her boyfriend.

I say be her friend. Why not?? If you're too into her, and it really starts to piss you off that you can't be with her, then move on, but now, seems like ya'll can be just friends. It also depends on how the BF reacts to her if she really wants to still be around you.

why not? I mean, you don't have to hang with her but would bad could come from being friends? I don't think its hurts anything and you might end up banging her again anyway.

It's good to try to be friends. But in all honesty, it probably won't work out. The relationship will slowly disolve. Over time, you'll just forget about each other because both of you will find other interests.

But I get your point, I'm focused on other chicks. I think what I'll do is option 3, be her friend but don't suggest that spend any time togthere just talk occassionally on the phone and as she gets back into her relationship she'll probably fade away.
