NonVerbal Sexual Inuendos?
What would you consider to be a sexual undertone without using word? This girl in my office, without fail, sticks her tongue out at me everytime she walks by my office. 
Id say more like teasing.

Take a pic. If this happens as frequently as you say it does, that shouldn't be a problem.
I'd be interested to know what type of relationship (if any) you have with this girl. Do you talk often/never? She married/single?

My guess is she is into you. Girls who have drunken makeout sessions and regret it will usually try and avoid any and all contact verbal or non verbal. And if it can't be avoided they will try and ignore you or make some awkward comment.

Seriously, the tongue sticking thing is a little juvenile, maybe she wants you to play video games with her or something. If she ever walks by you and brushes up against you even though there is adequate room, then there is a possibility of something.

Honestly, frogger, she's flirting with you. I have a girl here at the office too who teases me and calls me Mikey and shit like that. Gives me a hard time about stuff but always commiserates with me when things are a mess. Lots of heavy sighing on the phone, etc. I know that if it came down to it, with the right amount of alcohol involved, she'd probably be game.
