I just got dumped...
I got dumped about 3 weeks ago, and my ex started calling me. So I just decided not to answer his calls 'cause he made me go through a lot of shit(he hurt me a lot). For instance, all that matter to him was his friends and car club. Like I was saying, I didn't want to talk to him, so I told him not to look 4 me anymore that that was it between us. Now he doesn't call me. Moreover, I'm starting to talk to my best friend and I think I like him, but I don't know if its just the love I have for him as a friend. So know my best friend just told me he has had a crush on me since 3 years ago. And now he is reaaallllyy in love w/ me. I'm scared to fall for him right now cause I don't know if those feeling are for a boyfriend or a friend. I don't want to hurt him... I don't know if I should fall for him or keep him as a friend instead? I want to know ur opinions?

but seriously, i say tread the waters very very carefully....I mean you may be confused b/c u recently broke up and feel like you need someone to love as a result....
I think you need to spend some time w/ur best friend and see how you really feel abt him and whether you can view him in a greater role than just a friend....unfortuantely it'll be hard for you 2 keep him as a friend since he just procliamed that he has a crush on u 4 ages and loves you
....trust me, its pretty hard 2 go back 2 normal and just be friends w/the dude esp. after his proclamation

If you're willing to take the chance that it may not work out with your best friend and could lose him as a friend, do it. I know a lot of people hold back because they don't want to ruin a friendship. As for the X, if you told him to piss off and he did, good for you! Sometimes those losers just don't get the damn hint!

First of all thanks for the advice. Second of all I think I might be confused because of the fact that I just got dumped. By the way, latelly I have been spending time w/ my friend also because of the fact that in about 2 months he may be send to Irak for more than 1/2 a year... In which thats the worse part, that I don't want to fall for him because long distance relationships don't work for me, but in a way I think I'm starting to like him a lot. He lets me be myself and feel confident!
By the way, I'm 19...! Also you had asked how I looked, I'll put it this way, I used to do modeling for this expensive agency that ripped me off, and I won an audition for best appearances and personality!

Yeah and I can't make an informed decision unless I know what you look like. For example, your friend might want some tail before leaving for Irak :gaylaugh: but I can't determine that without pics. You say you were a model but for what...handcream, big&tall, etc...no way to know if you are good looking. Too many variables!
