Hey when they start talking smack like that she may be losing interest or has a side piece already. Merry Christmas

Nothing says you care more than diamonds. Women seem to love that sort of thing, and the light blinds them to the madness you have caused her (and will cause her! Go with the if you can afford it! Know your intentions, if she is pissed with and you regularly do this, you may need deeper pockets!

A meaningful gift goes a lot further than an expensive one... find out what she really wants... listen for the hints she gives... if you listen carefully enough and "hear" her... that'll be the best gift you can give... and she'll give you a nice "gift" in return

my 1st xmas. i got her a watch. a bunch of H&M earrings, a hair straigtner (cus i broke hers) and a bunch of britney spears stuff(cus she liked her at the time)

BUT, i had to keep it lowkey cus i had bought her a $500 digital camera cus she kept using disposables (which irritaed me) a few months before xmas.

if you want to go the diamonds way. a nice three drop necklace would be hot and then a bunch of small things that "remind you of her". the little things will be more of an effect than one MASSIVE GIFT..

you can go to "things remembered" and have something engraved like a picture frame or a jewelry box.

Getting her lingerie will only confirm what she already knows... that ur only in it for the punny... if you can convince her otherwise... she'll throw it at you to get ur attention. Trust me it works...

Dating a couple of months and you're already buying her diamonds?

Does a marathon runner take off full sprint at the beginning of a race?

Slow down, get her something nice, but shit dude, don't waste diamonds on someone you've only gone out with for a couple of months. What does she have to look forward to? Each year you're gonna have to do better. Eventually you'll have to buy her a house.

diamonds or anything expensive are silly to me, unless you're married or some shit. i mean if you got money to blow, go right ahead, get me some too.

gifts dont need to be costly to mean much but i guess it depends on the girl. good luck if its the type where it does

NWS...

Enough said... but i agree with some of the post above... a meaningfull present is better then an expensive present... besides, how would you top an expensive present the next time you need to get her something... you can't go back... start it off slow...

1. BIG TEDDY BEAR... not the jatt look-a-like one...
2. 100 bucks gift card... or just take her shopping...
3. A necklace...
4. some nice earings...
5. a ring... if you are really going for the goal... promise ring...
6. A set: necklace, ear rings, ring...

Then the last two steps...

7. Wedding Gown... those $5,000+ ones...
8. Wedding Ring w/ party...

Now that you are married and are living happily ever after... you just need to give her a big hug... a kiss and your pay check for the rest of your life...

Ecch. There's nothing worse than a Jatt teddy bear for christmas. I like Alleyesonme's suggestion of a day at the spa. If she's anything like me, she'ss enjoy getting her cotton tail fluffed a little.

As a matter of fact, yes, I am high maintenance But I still appreciate the little sentimental things more than the expensive presents...Somehow my boyfriend manages to take time out from working two jobs and graduate school to manage to do cute things like that for no particular reason After a while, the cost of a gift doesn't mean a thing.
