Thanksgiving: what's on the menu this year?

I am cooking this year

25 guests
- 25lb turkey (cooked on BBQ grill)
- mashed sweet potatoes
- stuffing (made in a crock pot)
- green bean casserole (have had it every Thanksgiving since I was born)
- grilled asparagus
- homemade cranberry sauce

Guests are bringing
- roasted potatoes/vegetables
- meatballs
- some kind of spinach side dish

Dessert
- pumpkin pie
- apple pie
- fresh fruit
- ice cream sundae bar
- brownies/cookies

25 lb frankenbird? No thanks. You'd be better served having two 12 lbers.

Menu looks good though.

ive been doing 12-14lb turkey's every weekend for about a month or two now.
they take about 8-10 hours depending on temp.

for my 20lb turkey, im planning on 12-14 hours, temps ranging from 200 to 250.

Nothing special. My wife and brother-in-law are going to visit their family. I'm dog-sitting and picking my mom up from the airport. I might cook something for her though.
