Recommend a Meat Grinder
I think I want to grind my own beef without pink slime and penises.
Does anyone have a small grinder? I was looking at these two..

I don't have a Kitchen Aid mixer so the attachment for that isn't an option.

It may be worth getting a kitchen aid mixer. especially if you plan on making sausage in addition to grinding meat. The mixer is also really useful for all around kitchen work.

I have a Kitchen aid mixer and use it for tons of stuff. Recently I made meatballs that called for veal, pork and beef. I ground my own veal and pork- Perfection. I made a large batch and froze a bunch, now all I have to do is thaw them and I have spaghetti and meatballs!
I also mix cake batter, bread dough, grind meat, make home made pasta, all kinds of stuff. If you do decide to get a mixer, get the medium sized one, not the base model. Yes it's expensive but in my opinion it's worth it if you cook at home often.

We actually make our own sausage, grinding the pork going into it with the ingredients and it is so much better than store bought.
I do the same with my gravy (tomato sauce), make 3 gal with about 100 meatballs and sausage and bag them up for the freezer. When you want dinner, just drop the bags in the pot as the water for the pasta is heating and viola in 20-30 min it is all ready.
