Just got a Deep Fryer
I've been making my own onion rings, fries and some frozen fryable foods.
Any suggestions or recipes would be appreciated. I want to fry some fish and chips. Anyone got a good recipe?

I recently just got a deep fryer too and been having a shitload of fun with it. If you have the time, Alton Brown's Im Just Here For the Food book has a well written chapter on proper frying techniques, just go read it at a bookstore or something.

haha you can try to top me, but itll never happen haha. I actually do own that believe it or not haha, its a greak book and defenitly worth having in any kitchen library, filled with tons of info on the basics and proper way to cook things.
have you tried making your own potato chips yet? Also, try russet potato fries topped with grated parmasean cheese and truffle oil (can be found in any gourmet store like Whole Foods).
