I love to cook and try new things. One of my friends sent me a link to this steak recipe and WOW! If you follow the instruction, you'll have some tasty steaks. here it is:

"I know, I know...a recipe on how to cook steak? grunt grunt grunt....just throw it on the grill...

No.

Try this.

In one of those electric cooking pans (you know, the one's with the little temp gauge and the lid), lightly cover the bottom of the pan with salt. (LIGHTLY).
OK, turn the temp to the highest setting and wait until the salt browns. (it will, really).
As soon as the salt browns, sear the steaks on both sides (about 30sec/side).
Once this is done, add to the pan sliced onions and peppers and the secret ingredient...
two shots of either scotch (the best idea) or whiskey and turn the heat down to 350degrees.
Cook steaks until you decide they are done.

I swear by this... it will be the best steak ever. "
