Bacon rolled chicken....
 

My family was in town for a few weeks. They left Saturday. Left me all this food, I had chicken breast & a package of bacon....Well what was I supposed to do :D
Onion, & garlic powder, pepper & Cayenne mixed & breaded to chicken, 4-5 slices of bacon rolled onto each breast.
45 minutes at 375, 5 minutes at 400, It's likely the 3rd best thing I ever made.:drool:
