Ubisoft has a new snowboard, ski, wingsuit and paragliding game. With four different ways to descend down the mountain, this video game gives players plenty of freedom while playing. Steep is set in the alps and has various types terrain, from forests to cliffs to glaciers to lakes. Players can chose to ride slopestyle, or explore and descend the world renowned peaks of Mont Blanc and The Matterhorn.

Ubisoft partnered with professional athletes including French freeskier Kevin Rolland and freeride snowboard champion Sammy Luebke.

Ubisoft is based out of Annecy, a small town in the Rhone-Alpes region of France, just miles away from Mont Blanc - the highest peak in Europe. The Ubisoft team consists of mountain lovers that are well versed in the action sports industry, which gives Steep a realistic feel.Steep allows you to explore the mountains and experiment doing different tricks. As you make your way down the slope, you will come in contact with other players, such as your friends and other community members whom you can compete against. The game supports GoPro views, and creates a trail for every descent you complete so you can analyze your line once you’ve ridden it. Steep also gives players the ability to share achievements and replays of the lines they've ridden on various social networks. Players can use their imagination to scope out sick lines and huck massive cliffs, all from the comfort of their own couch. Steep will be released in December 2016 on Xbox One, PlayStation4 and Windows PC.To learn more about the game click here.
