What exactly does this accomplish and where can I go to see what people have left for me? kinda curious.

 

It's not like the feedback here. You can't see what people are saying about you.

It is used by xbox live to field complaints mostly. (who sends good feedback on someone? What a great a shit-talker?)

Once there are x amount of complaints against you, they first temp-ban you for a month, then they perma-ban you if your behavior continues.

I had a friend who thoroughly enjoyed team killing on Counterstrike. Enough people complained and he got banned for a month.

 

Another xbox live question... can I mute the other people in the game?

 

Yes. From the players list select a person's name. There chould be a selection to mute player.

This mutes the player permanently in all games until you unmute them. They can't hear you either once they are muted.

 

So pay microsoft money and they have the right to ban us...that sounds like a bunch of horseshit. Guess I didnt read the fine print. But my concern is that whole system can totally be abused. like people who get pissed just cause they lost.

they do research.. if a person gets a lot of complaints from random people then they ban... its funny you say "abusing" but what about the kill joys that want to be jerks? arent they "abusing" the peeps who are trying to have fun?

im glad they ban certain assholes.. you know how anyoing it is when a team killer plays CS... the morons sole purpose is to take out mad peeps on his team... im glad they ban fucktards like that...

i just got it today... and its awesome... halo 2 is cool (nothin like counter strike source) but its okay
