nothing like a bunch of rabid fans. I do think Sony is pushing their luck by pushing it farther and farther back... they may have missed the right window of opportunity for release.. I think it could potentially hurt sales since hype is so important in the video game scene and it looks like the hype as it its peak right about now-ish... there's only so long you can talk about an upcoming game before it becomes aggravating...

I'm almost 100% sure not.. You know that would be the first thing they would announce if they announced it was delayed. The delay is just due to localization issues (tranlation, etc.) according to the article and probably some recently uncovered bugs.

The strange part is that they just annouced a week or two ago that it was done and even they even held a big party, yet it's not delayed again.

 

So since it "went gold" what do they do now with all those copies that they pressed or started to press...

My ass it went gold, fucking morons try to say that shit, and then fis the bug in a 2 weeks self imposed deadline. Almost like HL 2 getting 'stolen' yeah right...more like hey we need an excuse...

GODAMNIT

And Forza isnt out for a while either....I want my real physics games...NFSU2 is nice, but its still arcade physics.

Don't think so. The GT series games are usually the pinacle of auto racing until the next one comes out. And this is nothing new. It happened with GT3 too.

 

 

they should of release it like a week before xmas....i guess now their waiting for tax return season or something.

 

They could have worked hard and cleaned the shelves of PS2's during the Christmas rush, but that would be a smart way of going about it. Stupid shits.

3/15 from amazon has been been pretty much consistant. Pretty much what i expected. Largest distributors would have the date. EBGAMES was sayin 2-22 before. Not a big deal. Wasn't expecting until mid-march anyway.
