I dont follow college baseball, but i will definetly give this a try. MVP 2005 was great, best baseball game out there, IMO. So it sucks its gone. But very interested in this one. Especially if it has a create team function like NCAA Football.

MLB sold "3rd party" exclusive rights to the MLB franchises, i think take2 bought it. The deal means sony, microsoft and people that actually make consoles can make a MLB game but 3rd parties, ie EA Sports can not publish a MLB game this year.

Exactly. In MLB's instance MVP was way better then the next closest game. It was far superior. So it sucks it wont be back. Hopefully this game will be similar after they change the hitting and throwing systems.

I stole this game from a friend when he bought Madden 07 because I knew he wouldn't have time to play it.
Best baseball game i've played IMO. And for some reason, I really enjoy College Baseball games over MLB Games.
Recommend for anyone who wants it, I know it's late but it can be picked up cheap.

yeah i still have mvp 05 and i just keep updating the rosters...i like it much better than the new mlb 06....i hate the fact that EA isnt making pro baseball anymore....
