Anyone take double tap over stopping power? I've always dismissed double tap because I love stopping power but some say that double tap is better for certain weapons..

 

 

I was playing free-for-all last night, I was totally cleaning up the competition!

 

Double tap on the M60 is the shiznit.

 

one of the funniest thing we ever did was a private match with a bunch of AZ members in a small map... free-for-all, knives only... I never laughed so much playing COD4

 

i think we need to set up a weekly private AZ free for all match. sometimes with knives only, sometimes only pistols, etc.

btw, they really need to come up with some new maps (I know I've said this like 3 times already... but anyway ). the next COD Modern Warfare isn't due out for about a year

pistols only, no deagle??? that would be fun. OR sniper rifles, no scoping ONLY the weird thing is, I suck at knifing.... but I was great at boxing in Halo 3.

So what time is good for you guys as far as the FFA matches? I'm usually on after 10:30 Pacific or so. Usually follow that schedule on weekdays, random for weekends. I say Thursday nights.... a lot of us don't have school the next day

and it was so damn funny I decided to start doing it myself. The embarrassing thing is depending on the map, sometimes I'm the player on my team with the most kills.

everyone plays cod4 differently... just some choose to do it with less honor

 

hey, sorry I didn't play much earlier... I had to get something to eat... then realized I had to do something really important online... (online CPR certification), I had to get it done tonight...

 

sneaking up behind someone, blowing yourself up and taking them with you is the ultimate sacrifice.... it can't get more honorable than that.

 

In no particular order....

uzi. I don't know why but its just fun using it even though its probably the worst SMG. But with steady aim it kicks ass....

pump shotgun. With stopping power you can take people out from a lot farther, plus it takes more skill than the noob cannon semi-auto shotty. Not to mention its great watching someone do a backflip into a lifeless heap

M4 with red dot or silencer, just BEASTLY. I took out 4 people in a hallway on Vacant, granted only 2 were facing me when I saw them but it was just awesome.

AK-47.... need I say more?

and probably my ultimate favorite.... the Skorpion. Its pretty hard to take out snipers from far away with the other SMGs. And the silencer is bigger than the gun itself!




The other guns are great too don't get me wrong.... but for some reason these are just more satisfying

 

all about the kill to death ratio. having 10 kills and 9 deaths is nothing to be proud of. today during an SnD match alot of the others were using deagles and i got pissed and went off on them and had a final k/d of like.... 7/2 i think, which was the best of the group. one guy has 10-6 but thats significantly worse then how i did.

maybe i just take pride in kills using skill instead of cheap advantages and tactics, but like i said - everyone plays it differently

 

i hate people running around with rocket launchers and noob tubes the whole game. it just aggravates me. i also hate martydome.

best guns i use.

sub machine guns
P90 - stopping power with bandolier and steady aim, red dot or acog
Mp4 - same things sometimes silenced or red dot
M4 - bandolier, stopping power, deep impact with a red dot
M16 - silenced, uav jammer, frag or bandolier depeding on map, deep impact or extreme conditioning.
last spot is always a toss up, maybe play with the g36 or a shot gun.
normally i got the M4A3(?) sniper.
