spraying CL vs spraying 5.0 mustang
well we were all at the local spot sat night, when one of my friends walks up to me and asks if i want to run a 93 mustang 5.0 with bolt-ons and a 75 shot.. at first i said i couldn't because i was out of spray then after he beat a red hatch with ITR swap he got even cockier (apparently he hasn't lost to an import yet on spray) it's about 2:30am now and nobody will race this stang, i was pissed. finally one of the guys from out of town that was there for the H-T meet gave me his full bottle and said go bust his ass...
1st run... from a dead stop light turns green i got nervous and sprayed right off the line we both just sat there and spun we were about even i was slowly pulling until he missed third (yes he was spraying when he missed 3rd gear )
2nd run... again from a light, i got a perfect launch and got a half a car on him from the start i slowly pulled to a car by 70mph we shut it down about 120 and i held him off by a half a car...
we got back to the meet spot and showed everyone the video, i shook the guys hand and said good run he shook my hand but wouldn't even look at me... i hate sore losers
p.s i'll try and post the video soon

What are you running now on the 1/4 with that 125 shot?? and with that much juice, how come you don't use the NX wet kit??

i have just used the new jets zex has come out with for there mustang kit
it's a 125 dry shot...(but i have the bigger fuel pump)
i haven't thought about going to nx

i sold them to get back a little money needed at the time and b/c the dealer gave me some shit about the warranty and all that...besides, i know how fast my car was (and miss it )but i also cant afford to get any more tickets right now...ive sold everything i wanted to get rid of, but i kept a few goodies

i dont think i'll be getting rid of the headers, but i'll let you know about the pullies...if i were you, id save up and get them from deansbluesi for $999....they're well worth it....
