Drag night for me... (disappointed) CLS6

Well guys, i went tonight to Napierville Dragway here in Quebec with my 03 CLS-6.

Temperature was 55F, cloudy and very windy... There was no traction.

i did:

0-60ft: 2.295
1/8 mile: 9.186
1/4 mile:14.059
MPH: 103.669

BEST MPH: 104.166

My trap speed is very good i think... but the 1/4 mile is so so... My target was 13.8 or 13.9... :(

My mods are: XS Headers, RT Cat, TB & IM Spacer, AEM CAI. And my Nitto 555r Drag radials.

And yes there was some weight reduction.

I'd say thats pretty damn good actually.

civicdrivr 04-18-2009 11:10 AM

Damn good trap speed. Should easily hit 13.8-13.9s.

Sonnick 04-18-2009 05:42 PM

Wow that is an impressive trap. You can definitely get your ET down to the mid 13s with that trap and a good launch on your DRs. Nice!

Headers really open the car up.

dont give up man I seen a CL-s6 run 14.0 at 106 3-4 times before he did a 13.9

those nittos are like a street tire. You can pull a 2.0 60ft on street tires

CL-Future 04-19-2009 01:22 PM

Nice time. What weight reduction did you do? I need to get some of those Nitto's

yah for having a 2.3 60ft, that 1/8th and 1/4 mile times are fast

CivicB18B1 04-21-2009 08:52 PM

i did many runs guys... I only did a 2.2 0-60ft ONCE.

WITH THE DRAG RADIALS!!!!

Last year i was pulling 2.2 0-60feets with my Yokohama Avid easy.

I dont understand!!!!

Note: My side, front, rear motor mounts are broken also...

CivicB18B1 04-22-2009 12:27 AM

2.29

Sonnick 04-22-2009 02:59 AM

Fix your mounts and you will see greatly improved 60' and probably a 13.6-13.7.

Just stumbled on this,

Awesome time and yes you'll def see mid-high 13's with a lower 60ft time! Damn your hauling ass at the end of the track, nice trap speed
