about how long is the drive? And I know the event is sunday but when do people usually go, friday or saturday?

^trying to get people to leave maybe friday afternoon... A few of us went last year and we left satruday morning. got there by 4pm i think and enjoyed the night. but i think this time i want to plan it better.

Maybe leave friday and come back sunday... at least have saturday all day to check the place and then meet up with the crew for dinner...

Kanas City, MO. appears ro be about an 8 hour drive. If I make the trip I would leave early Saturday and arrive at Hotel around checkin time and only stay one night. Sounds like a good time. How many of you made the trip last year?

well from chicago only me and adam...

and it was a lot of fun... but overall we met up with Minnesota peeps and drove up there. so a total of 5 cars. driving on the road. that was alot of fun. we were going 80 mph fun. fun fun times...

Guys, I hope to see as many of you as possible. We had a great time last year. I sincerely appreciated everyone that made the hop to Kansas City last year. I hope more of you can make the trip this year.

Yo I am awake. I have the motorola brand too. Nothing fancy. You don't need a police scanner. I have a radar scanner and that helps. The walkies is for us to talk crap. Last year I had four and everyone in our caravan was talking crap to each other and then we let each other know if cop was ahead or if my radar went off etc. A lot of fun.

And my girl is going to. She is excited.
