Need a suggestion on tires "Chicago area"

I'm looking at tires and being on a budget these days limits my options. I am running Dunlop Sig Sports currently and they suck!

I have a stock TLs and running OEM rims.

I really liked the Kumho Ecsta 4x for the price and heard they are not LOUD..

Conti DWS all season tires. A lot of people like them, and I have them on my car and they are great for all seasons.

I have bridgestone re970as pole position which are performance all weather and they are great on wet n drive roads but when there is alot of snow on the ground they arent that well.

I run Michelin Pilot A/S Plus in the winter and early spring/late fall. I'm happy with the performance, but they are a little pricey. I think the Conti DWS is the best bang for the buck all season UHP tire though.
