Look between the trunk and the body of the Car you can clearly see a lexus emblem on the Black car behind it. So this isn't in Japan otherwise like you said it would be a "toy yoda".

those rims are concept neeper rims. I have seen them in a magazine before. The ones in a mag were chrome, those look silver. They are called "Dazz" i believe... could be wrong but im pretty sure. I looked into them allready but there not out yet
