If I owned the dealership, I wouldn't sell the car at all. Why risk having your reptuation ruined by selling a defected car that you caused all the problems with.
After the promotion is over, I would keep it as a "dealer" car. Make sure everything is working correctly, then use it for the dealership. Give it to a good salesman to drive, use it to pick up stuff for the dealership, pick up clients, etc.
To answer the OP... No, I wouldn't buy this car. Unless it came with a better warranty than every other Acura that covered problems they may have caused, it would be a no go. The particular TSX pictured seemed to be the demo for everything. It looks to be fitted out with every TSX accessory there is. lol
