Just something different. I love how the front windows can open. It a Cali thing.

Is it worth the money? Well, I would think it is pretty rare as I have never seen one like this one.

My dad had an orange & white VW bus when I was a kid.

That one needs a brighter paint job.

You should be able to find a later single cab for quite a bit less. I'm a fan too, but traffic just seems a bit too fast to feel safe in one.

OR a full tube chassis with 993 parts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XvjVvFdMIY

Okay I guess that is kind of missing the point.

It's a lot of money, but it is rare. The 21 window VW Bus is also rare and worth a lot of money. Everything that goes around comes around. My barber has a 60's bus and he loves it. He smoke pot so I'm not surprised.
Not my bag though.

Love it! Single cabs seem to be more prevalent then the double cab vw bus truck. I'm not so sure how to gauge the price, but I know 21 and 23 window Type II can go for this money no problem.
