So what? It's just a burn-out. I've done many burn-outs in my own cars.

my buddy use to own a speed/detail shop. his car was getting work done and not driveable so he would go the the local enterprise rent-a-car and make a deal with the guy, give me a car for a weekend free and i'll detail your car.

every weekend for about 3 months we beat on a different rental. he had a plymouth breeze hopping the back wheels(cause the e-brake was on) for about a 1/4 mile, smoking everywhere.
off roading in a lumina, hitting bushes with an explorer...

i had a mazda 6 station wagon for a month last year and beat the piss out of it(not a bad car, kinda quick)

i would never buy a used rental

No need for the hostility. I wasn't trying to be a dick or anything.

I have actually rented one (S 40) on a business trip. Hertz has them. I don't know about the S 60 though.

I drive pretty aggressively in rental cars, but I never really beat the hell out of it to the point of putting it on fire. I believe in car karma.

I think it was a Volvo, too.

How can someone do a burn-out like that on a FWD car?
