Where do you take your Acura vehicle for service in NJ ?

Which Acura dealership do you go to for service? Also, if you go to an independent Acura specialist please list the name and location of the shop.

Yeah, I was kind of wondering that since there was no FL dealerships on there, but I still answered it because I usually get it serviced outside of the dealership.

Well that's an easy one... Park Ave Acura.

I used to drive about 45 minutes from NY to their dealership b/c of the great service and treatment I got from them.

Z, how do you like the service there? And did you buy your cars there? Because I went there a few years ago for a test drive and was completely ignored for over 30 minutes, then told they didn't have a TSX to test drive. Told me they'd call when one came in, and never heard from them. After talking to a few people, I found out they were extremely rude to females, and told several of them to "come back with their husbands." WTF. This dealer is 10 minutes from my house, but I drive an hour down to Princeton instead because I am treated much better there.

Bridgewater Acura is good that way but I never heard about their mysogonistic practices. They do NOT seem to have any fans at the NJ Better Business Bureau.

BBB membership revoked?

They're so much closer to me, but I won't go back.

I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about Springfield Acura, but that's where I always took my CL and never had a problem with them. They were really straight forward with me, took care of my car and always had a nice loaner for me.

My dad and I have gotten 3 cars there, and all the major services, and I have never had a problem with that aspect.

I bought my car at DCH Montclair Acura, so I brought it there for the first two services. I have to admit, their service department was less than stellar. For example, on my 10k service, I specifically asked my advisor to make sure to roate the tires, and after I picked it up, I found out the tires were not rotated. I know bring my car to Springfield Acura. Much better service.

Back when Carmen was in Linden (St. George & Wood) circa 1987, he used to service and repair (mostly repair) my old 1980 Accord.
