that's strange. i thought it was very roomy. i'm 6ft 1 and 210. maybe your 3inch height advantage makes big difference.

The next sports car I'll likely get is a used NSX...
As for regular car, well, who knows...I'm leaning really hard towards the RL or next gen. TL/CL.

As much of a car I could afford, namely a 3 series, or even a 5 series. I'm shooting for an A3 even though I live in a home owned by my parents and I'm not paying rent at the moment. My parents actually live up north. However, my wife and are are planning on getting our own home in the next 2-3 years as soon as her employment situation is more established (have to wait till she's done with grad school).
But just cuz I don't pay rent (at the moment) doesn't mean I don't know how to value a dollar. Because as of 5 years ago I was paying for all my shit on my own, car insurance, my current CL, car repairs, gas, cell phone, groceries, home phone + DSL.
I know that doesn't compare to owning a home and paying for utilities, but when I had my own apartment about 7 years ago I had a taste of it and did just fine. And I really am excited and can't wait to get our own place.
As for buyin the 70G car, he may very well be able to afford it depending on what his job is at the time and what is other expenditures are. But the main thing that could kill him is his insurance, even if it is a weekend driver. If I were you, save some money, get an S2000, put a little bit of money towards some mods, work for a few years, save some money, buy a house, then buy a high end sports car.
home > any high end sports car

If I ever get a true sports car...
Most likely: C6 Z06
If I have some money: Porsche 997 C2S
If I'm rich: Ferrari Enzo
EDIT: Sorry those are current models... 2007/2008 I have no idea... Supra, GT-R, Challenger, even Camaro all look awesome.

Really depends on your parents, and how you are raised.
I made the comment based on seeing the GTR as a serious option.

If I was getting a new car today and it wasn't a RSX, it would be an Accord Coupe. Wide range of models from 4-cylinder EX to 6-cylinder EX with leather! Yes, it's not exactly as sporty as an Integra/RSX, which is why I don't "move up."
I'd like to see a new Honda Prelude and Nissan Silvia. Supras, Skylines, etc will always cost a lot of money. I mean, if you're gonna dream, there are Maseratis out there in the world.
One step at a time.
Anyone driven a BMW 650Ci? The car mags said they are rockets!

IF its still around for an 07 or 08 car, definately a honda S2000, likely after i get out of college ill want a car around 30,000, nothing else i really want around that price range, maybe a 350z, or 2007 miata mx-5 hardtop convertible.. if i have to get a sedan, definately something rwd, and some luxury to it,
but the sports car i want overall would be a 2005 NSX-T Grand Prix White 6-speed

how could you go wrong with a 6spd luxy/sport coupe with matched (if not better) performance than the 2nd gen CL-S???? Top of the line at 30,000.
The way I see it, its the closest we're getting to a 3rd gen CL. I will end up with this car, and im 75% sure of it.

Fixed
Also have you heard of anyone in the states ordering an "individual" package 3-series? I've called a few dealers and looked around on the web and haven't been able to find any information about it.

Yes you can get it. Its how people get some cool color combos on their bmw. Just gotta find a dealer to work with you in it. I heard thats the main issue.
Im guessing most sales guys dont know about it. So maybe contact a sales manager about it
