What is the Ugliest Car Honda/Acura Has Every Made?
So after posting in a thread in the 4G TL section I figured this might get some good responses here.
What is the ugliest car Honda/Acura has ever made? Off the top of my head I have to go with the Honda Element and/or the 4G Acura TL. And once they decided to paint all the body panels on the Element and get rid of the 'tupperware' look it doesn't look that bad anymore so I think my answer is the 4G TL.
Evening going way back to the 80's I really can't think of anything that looks worse. I thought about making a poll but there's just too many cars to list.

I thought someone would have come up with something else by now. I was getting killed in this thread by the 4G TL guys because I said their car was ugly.

I was stuck in traffic next to a 4G TL the other day and the owner probably thought I was a deranged lunatic(the fact I was naked riding a unicycle is a moot detail), I just couldn't stop staring. Normally the longer I look at a car, the more I like it or at the very least it grows on me, that was not the case with the new TL. I really want to like it, I like what it offers, but not the price, but the front and rear just don't work, I think the profile is close to being good. The new TSX really grew on me, to the point I nearly bought one, and I enjoy looking at them still.
Otherwise, I think the next ugliest is the SLX.

I think this has something to do with expectations and the audience this car attracts as Acura's best seller. The Insight, Ridgeline and Element are all pretty ugly but they don't affect as large as an audience or the same type of audience the TL does.

I know I am going to get flamed for saying this, but I'm getting a little more comfortable to the 4G TL. I still think it's an abomination compared to the 3G(which I just bought btw :P) and it's nothing I would ever buy by any means but still, I wouldn't turn down a TL SH-AWD if you handed me the keys.
Second in line would be the 1g Element.

I didn't like the 4G at first (actually I hated it), but I saw a AWD on the highway the other day in some silver color and it looked pretty beast, probably because the grille blended in. It really stands out from the rest of the cars on the road, thats for sure. At first glance, it looks like some kind of concept car doing some road testing, very futuristic design. Then again, it did have the 19" wheels, quad exhaust, spoiler, and tinted windows. With a color matched grille, and maybe smoke the tails I think it could look pretty decent.
I'm still trying to figure out how it looks like a Camry though? Those pictures mr steve posted show zero relationship (except maybe the front wheel arch and high pointed headlights, but I think Toyota stole a lot of the design cues from the 3G TL for its front end)

Yes, that's the 600.
I do have some pretty big issues with the 4G TL and decided not to even test drive one, but the exterior hideousness can be ameliorated somewhat by body color choice and painting of the grill and trim (check out the 4G's trunk line and trim sometime! ).

The lines of the 1G 5 door flowed really well, they used angles and curves equally. The result was a exterior/interior design that didn't scream "80's" when you looked at it.
