he caught me not wearing a seatbelt as i was parking. I had my arguement all set up for the seatbelt. which i got out of. but then i got effed over by a speeding violation.

then the asshole said i was driving recklessly too swerving in and out of traffic. it was 11:15pm and i was the only car on the road. that was the only reason i was going somewhat over the speed limit

We dont need front license plates here. I never had my front window tinted, it was my drivers and it wasnt illegal, the bitch cop that time just felt like pulling me over. And im a pretty damn responsible driver

Your story still does not make sense! They can not increase the charge the most they could have made you do would be to pay the seat belt. You should contact a lawyer if you cant afford one try the legal aid society or your local bar association and find out what the law is. Unless speeding was on your ticket and you failed to see it.

i can take a picture of the ticket and show you guys. like i said i got a warning for the speeding but a ticket for the seatbelt

so the cop let you off the hook with a seatbelt ticket, as opposed to a speeding ticket. and you had the audacity to show up to court! you are not only contesting the cop's good will to issue a less severe ticket, but you are also exposing the officer's negligence to follow the full extent of the law...in front of a judge, nonetheless. it is no suprise that the officer did what he did.
you should of had the foresight to not appear in court under a situation like this. get some common sense, or you will continue to have issues with $100 expeditures.

I honestly saw no need for either ticket. He said that I was driving recklessly swerving in and out of traffic, he said i was going 20mph over the speed limit. I wasnt doing any of those things. I maybe was going 50 in a 45. Plus the fact that he pulled me over in my apartment complex at night and turned the lights on when there are people trying to sleep and have fucking strobes in their face. No He can go fuck himself.

to both.It's not really that difficult guys. Whenever you get pulled over, there is a record of that stop. The cop decided instead of issuing the speeding ticket he would just issue him the seatbelt ticket. That was basically the cops way of letting you off easy.
OP got greedy and fought the seatbelt ticket, and ended up getting both. Since there is a record of the stop and the statute of limitations had not passed, the cop decided to turn the warning into a ticket.
Next time, if the cop lets you off, just pay the ticket...

The case is closed, its paid and Im really just honestly bitching.
I know I was speeding and I know I was in the wrong and I guess if the economy wasnt the way it was right now I probably may of gotten off and not of been pissed. Yea Im more pissed because of my own ignorance and trying to be cocky.

mmmh kinda reminds me how I got a warning for speeding on the Kennedy (I-90)....
Passed a state trooper @ 60 mph, and was told to slow it down to 55mph. Also had the Trooper check my windows for tints, but I think he just wanted to check out my 15000K HIDs @ the time lol
