They leasing out REALLY well so i was just curious. Would i look like a penis in one?
I drove one and its like a go-kart and so much fun but not sure if the car looks too girly?

^^ same here, but I just could never see myself behind the wheel of one for an extended period of time. I also like the coupe better then the roadster.

I like the coupe better too...
What ever you do DON"T get an auto z4... that really is a chicks car...
Didn't Shoofin get a great lease on an 06 s2K ?? I think you'd look better in a S2k then in a z4... For some reason I can't picture you in a z4 (and you're definitely a eurosnob)

I don't think it's a girlie car whatsoever.....then again it never matters to me what others think. I would love to have one has a summer toy. I've always wanted a convertible myself for the summer, so I would have to lean towards the roadster.

The older Z3 was a chick's car, but the Z4 is a larger car and has more masculine lines to it. No doubt, I would drive the Z4 - especially in a MT.
As a sidenote, I've toured the BMW plant 4 times down in Spartansburg, SC where the Z4 and X5 are built - worth a few hours if you're ever down that way.

I got to thrash a Z4 M coupe around at the ///M driving school in SC. Absolutely THE BEST handling car I've ever been in. Very easy to get sideways in that thing and recover like a pro.

The coupe lease deals arent that great and neither are the M-versions.
Only the 3.0si Roadster and I loved the way it drove when i took out out for that breast cancer drive.
The 335i sedan is almost $120 or so more a month, debating if its worth it....
Oh and good call on the S2k, i will go test drive one since i never have.

Z4 coupe all the way. I'm not a big fan of the front (reminds of a catfish), but the rear end looks pretty nice. I think the Z4 M is a nice alternative to the Porsche Cayman.

If you guys think this car handles great you need to drive an Elise, its the benchmark to me... though a guy locally just picked up an Ariel Atom and I suspect that will reset my benchmark.

Personally I hate the look of the car. My cousin and his wife have matching Z4's. They are fun cars to drive, but the styling is meh. I much prefer the coupe personally

I hope he doesn't mind me posting his car, but here's a friend and fellow G35Driver member's Z4M. IMO, this is one sweet car! If anyone thinks this is a girlie car they are crazy!

So i took an 07 s2000 out tonight for the 1st time.
Holy hell i found an all new respect for that car. It didnt feel slow at low RPMs and had plenty of power to get around town. Not sure why so many people used to say that.
But shit son, as soon as vtec hit yo, the car just took off.
Handling was outstanding and better than the Z4. But its lighter so it better be and my ONLY complaint is that you can hear every rock on the road being shot up into the wheel wells. I mean its loud and feels as if theres no sound deadening at all.
Also I dont mind getting something impractical, its kinda the reason i want to lease it for 2-3 years. Just for the experience. Gotta go research more on lease deals on the S2k, i might end up in one.

I have a buyer but hes trying to get a loan with a low rate. Guess its hard when you buy from a private owner.
So im waiting but wont say no if someone else wants it and has cash.
Wonder how the Saturn Sky Redline leases out.

Just found out my old buddy works for the local BMW dealer now.
Im going next week to take either a Z4 or 335i home for a day to see how I like it.
IF i could pull it off, i would rather have a Z4m roadster than the 335i. We shall see how it all works out but the lease rates on the Z4m arent as great as the 335i sedan.

if it's a daily driver, i could see leasing the 335i as an option but if it's a weekend, fun car, you might as well buy the Z4. most people dont buy a weekend sports car and then just keep it for 2-3 years.

I love how the Cayman S sounds at high revs But that sound when it was losing traction was plain eerie! It sure was having traction problems! The Z4 seemed rock solid though!
