Well, we no longer have the Chrysler 300.....
My dad took it back this morning. The situation is this:
While writing up the papers, the salesperson wrote in a rebate from Chrysler Financial, taking $1,000 off the price. Well, when everything was said and done, papers were signed and my parents only knew of the OTD price, the rebate was never really mentioned. So we go to our credit union, get the check, and bring it to the dealer. They say "Hey, this is wrong, you had to finance through Chrysler Financial to recieve the $1,000 rebate". Well, the deal was made, and they wanted an extra $1000 or their car back. So after much debate we gave them a
and gave them their car back with around 600 miles on it. And the bad thing is, they made this same mistake for another customer. Another salesperson factored in a trade in, and the guy ended up not trading his car in and the final price changed after he signed the deal and took delivery.
Turns out I have a friend who worked for Chrysler, and he can get us "green sheet" pricing for any car we want. So I'm sensing a nicer 300C with some more options.
We are also looking at the Legacy GT and possibly a TL.

Get the TL 
And DAMNNN that SUCKS Minchy. I'd have given them back their car too. They should have made it clear that the rebate was conditional upon use of their financing

Get the TL much better looking 4door sedan. The 300 looks likeit belongs with old people. TL is much nicer and sportier.

I'd probably get the TL over the Legacy just for the interior and cool options in the TL. If they want a "tuner" style car, get the Legacy. For speed + luxury the TL is an awesome car.

damn, i really like the 300, dont know why so many people are bashing it. i'd take the 300 over the new TL any day of the week. I cant believe they didnt just give you the $1000 off, they're gonna lose a lot more than that now with the car having 600 miles on it.

Don't listen to the Ameriphobes. It's the 300C, no question about it. 300C = (340 hp + rwd + pimpstyle)
A-TL = (fwd + 270 hp + grannystyle)
Subie = (awd + turbo + LL Bean style/lesbian chic)
300C >> Subie >> TL
Face it, no self-respecting rapper would be caught dead in a TL or a Legacy.
