I'd take neither one, as nice as they both are. AMG E63 S wagon for me, please.

Still think your S550 is gorgeous.

So pretty. I'd have to agree that the optional 20s and non-AMG package look better for sure.

Damn, the first pic you posted makes the car look huge (in a good, lux way). Glad to see you are still enjoying it and I'll have to take you up on the offer man.

It looks huge, and it really is HUGE. The offer is always open for you brother.

And that's pretty funny.

Agreed. My grandmother has an AMG package 2014 S550 & I love it, but would take the E63S Estate over the S550 in a heatbeat.

I love everyone shitting on OP for having a nice car and posting pictures of it. Hop off if you would rather not see it, because I sure as hell know that I would love to see more pictures, without a ton of snide comments about OP being an attention whore. We're on a car forum dammit, I wanna look at the damn cars!

Welcome to AZ Matt, where posting pics of your car nice car once in a blue moon makes you an "attention whore." The forum could use more "noobs" like you around. I only post/visit once every few months here nowadays because of your sentiments....

And thanks cj. The pics I originally posted made me feel the same, and that's why I posted for comparison.

I think anyone who posts any picture of any car/wreck/mod/pics I took, etc., could be classified an attention whore if you think about it. This forum is for just such purposes when it comes to cars isn't it?

BTW-non AMG all the way.

Thanks man, I forgot that having not been a member of this particular forum for a certain amount of time limits the types of opinions I'm allowed to have/share. I've never been a fan of the enormous, luxury type cars, ie 7 Series BMW, S Class, Rolls, Bentley, etc , but I really have enjoyed all of the pictures of your car . I'm thinking maybe sell the 'Vette and get the S63 AMG

The search for a more than worthy replacement is on. Stay tuned.....

Thanks for the kind words D, I appreciate it. 15 years in school after high school, so it's time to reap the rewards......

Just a quick little update. Thanks for all feedback again guys.

My salesman at the Benz dealer is really trying to get me to trade my Vette in, which I told him is NOT happening. It seems that someone has taken a liking to it all the times I brought it over to prestige. But as they say, if the price is right, everything is for sale. My Vette really has too much sentimental value to get rid of, however. It would take an amazing offer for me to let her go.

I called over to Jack Daniels Porsche to discuss some other options and the salesman was very nice. He told me they have 3 Cayman GT4's coming in, but they are obviously all accounted for. Of course, he convinced me to go an even higher route. He told me he has a beautiful custom ordered targa and a Lava Orange GT3 that was custom ordered that someone backed out on it. He told me to come by next week and we'll "have A LOT of fun on some test drives."

Of course I will update the thread with some pics as the search continues.

Nay on the Benz, you already have a cruiser. Time for something more hardcore. I say put your name on the NSX Waiting list.

I would say negative on the AMG GT. A family friend has a GT3 RS and it's beyond awesome. Don't know what your budget is but maybe look at something with some form of livestock as the logo.

Quite possibly the most clever and subtle way I've ever heard someone hint at the notion of purchasing an exotic. Well played. Haha

That is a good point Ross. If I'm going to spend 200K+, a Lambo or Ferrari (used) should definitely be in the mix.

Very nice ride. Personally, the AMG wheels look better on the E and C class, not the S.

And before you go get a GT, you should look here:

Arthur Bechtel Classic Motors

Scroll down to "Aktuelle Angebote", as those are cars for sale, and an original 300 SL is in there. I pop in there occasionally to

Your S class is ridiculous. Personally, I think it looks way better without the AMG package. The lines are much cleaner. Those wheels, and that color, damn. I am looking forward to many more pictures of your car! You're inspiring me to get back to studying!
