Holly Cow!!!!
I dont think this is a direct drop in like those SC300,GS300etc.
That swap cost $16,000
That is really expensive and you began to think, Why dont you buy a Supra for that much?

that video he was only pushin 9 pounds.... the 2jzgte can handle a shit load more then just that... imagine it at 1 bar 14.5...then turn it up higher.... its endless. i actually think the power may be to overwhelming for the car / chassis. seems like it would be very dangerous to drive and handle all that sudden surge of boost power...

well thats why they were only running 9 lbs... looked pretty quick even at that level. and you know the old saying, "if you're not breaking stuff, you're not going fast enough"... or something

yea they are planning to swap out the rearend with a silvia rear end i think so it can handle 30 psi. after that the motor will be running at 30psi.

A/C shelby Cobra with a nice Twin turbo setup on an aluminum V8. It would weigh less and have more power. It would also be 100% street legal... And it is desgined to handle this much power stock. The S2000 chassis is going to start twisting and having issues with the rear suspension with that much power.
I have seen RX7 swaps similar to this as well..

The combo I've always thought would be great for a compact is something like a Gaerte midget racing engine in a S2K or MX-5. Not really in the same mega-horsepower league as the combos mentioned so far it would probably be pretty damn reliable and certainly easy to maintain and work on since it's basically half a small block.

That car doesn't need a 12.9L engine. You could match the power of the 12.9L engine with a smaller twin turbo V8... or inline6. But I think I would go with a modified 3.8l buick engine if I went 6 cyl
