It's interesting to me that some think that (some) G37 drivers are douches. Personally I see the G coupe as a "gentlemen on a budget / enthusiast" coupe. There's nothing douche about that. If it's traffic light antics or "roll the windows down with your arm out the window to show off your nice watch" too type of thing that makes a certain car driver a douche then you could place anyone but, say a Taurus or Camry owner in that category. Perhaps it's the constant, "look at my car" or "my car defines me" attitude of certain car drivers? I'm not defending all G37 coupe drivers, especially because of the loose interpretation of "douchebag". All I'm saying is this dubious distinction can be given to almost any car owner.

I wouldn't stress it; according to some, the mere purchase of anything with the blue and white roundel on it (BMW) automagically turns the person into a snobbish d-bag as well. It seems human nature is to stereotype.

that Infiniti commercial is the dumbest I've seen from all of the recent Holiday car commercials. The Lexus ones make me cringe, too.

The Acura ones are pretty funny.

But my fave is the MB one with Santa on the assembly line/

When I was living in NY, the G35 seemed to be the go-to for collar popped, white sunglass wearing, spray on tan douchebags.

Where I live now, thats replaced with Scion TCs and VW Golfs.

None of which are high-end IMO, so I dont even know why the G is on the list.

I hardly ever see G37 coupe owners around me. Heck I drive 294/94 all the way up into WI weekly and hardly ever see my car in general, let alone "douche drivers".

Agree on the DB part. If anything, I see an occasional DB in a G35 but never a
G37. Glad to live in an area that I don't see that ugly looking G around. If you go on My G37 website, there's tons of retarded looking G's just like the one above in CA, FL and some other areas. Makes me wanna vommit at the fact people think it looks OK.

Meh, who gives a fuck about the list. It could have every car I've ever owned on there and I still wouldn't care. Ooooooh, my G37 is a douche bag car list, omg I'm gonna run for the hills ---------------

It's not going to affect any part of my life either way.

I like the G coupe. I would buy one before I bought any Honda or Acura.

I also don't see how the G or even that Audi are considered "high end". At least I don't think so.

On the way home from the dealer the night I bought my S2000, I made it about 2 minutes before being challenged to a race by a G35 filled with popped-collars

Everything's pretty much spot on except for the S4.

I'd throw in a few more Mercedes and BMW models though... the Armenian douches around here love them.

I also don't really see the S4 as a douchebag owned vehicle. The rest of the list is fair.

I have a neighbor who owns a Hummer H2 who seems to act like they're all that. :shakehead ......as though my 09 MDX is some 15 y/o Pathfinder.

The H2 is definitely a douche car. Mostly every one I see on the road is either a loud "look at me" color, jacked up 50 feet in the air, chromed out. or some combination thereof. As if the size of the H2 does not draw enough attention as is.

It's the G owners who try and make out like they are driving Skylines.

Those are the dbags.

I also frequently travel down that hwy and rarely see them. Probably because they're not the best for winter.

Here in the Seattle area I see a lot of the G models on the road and most of them are driven by teens to early 20's. I would assume their parents bought them, that's the way it goes around here. I can't wait to get my S4 so we can . . . . . race.

G35/7 holds extremely accurate in the NY/NJ area. usually warrants very aggressive driving habits.

S4, modified B7 = spoiled indian / middle eastern douche. beats out the M3 in the category of douche...but not by much.

i would like to nominate the TSX - same demographic as G35/7 noted above.

Yep. Down the street from me there was this family who owns two H2s one an SUT or whatever it's called. Well they'll just pull out in traffic, merge 20mph under whenever I've seen them on my commute, the wife would stay on the cell phone, they'd block the sidewalk with their cars so I would walk the dogs on their lawn, etc.

Their house is now forclosed on. Not many people liked them anyways. They'd have loud ass parties, more DBs showing up in the said cars on that list. Good thing they weren't directly by me just on the same street.

Come to think of it I think even one was a G35 coupe?

The Lexus commercials are always cringe-worthy, but the HONDA holiday commericals out-cringes them all

That boring, android, sweater-wearin', dickless, jar-head guy is the perfect representative for the entire Honda car line...

^ I have to admit, I hate when people rebadge their cars. Some swap Infiniti for Skyline. Just like on here, people swap out Acura for Inspire.

I don't like that either. Removing badging is even worse IMO. To each his own though.

Debadging is worse? Nothing wrong with making a car cleaner IMO as long as it's not replaced with a false marked badge.

But it IS the skyline. At least they're not adding GT-R or Type S badges to things that are not (well, some of them aren't. that's a whole other story)

Debadging makes the rear of the car look like it's missing something. "Less is more" IMO does not apply in this instance. Again, to each his own.

You can come to LA where a lot of G owners are douches...and can't drive worth a shit.

Lately I've been noticing a lot of Camrys and Corollas are driving like dick bags on the roads.

Its like they are over compensating for the fact they bought an economy car so they try and make up for it by zig zagging through traffic as fast as they can.

Kinda like older Maximas.

Should have snapped a pic of an H2 I saw the other day, it looked ridiculous. Better yet would have been a video.

Had what looked like a 12 inch lift, big 24" wheels, and BRIGHT LED strips above the tail lights running the length of the D-pillar. And best part was these rainbow-colored underbody neon lights. They strobed and pulsed as the went through the color spectrum.

thing looked like a clown car on steroids rolling down the freeway. Quite possible the worst case of "look at me!" I've seen in a long, long time.

Don't agree. Not marketed here as such, not available here as such. It's a poser move.

'JDM' is the new 'bro'.
