It just puzzles me why the seller didn't do a Carmax sale or sell to the dealer. Seems that would've been the quickest, cleanest route if he just needed to break even. But congrats on the deal.

It's amazing at the resale value for the 2nd gen RL ... definite buyer's market. It's no wonder people who want a car like that just wait for people to end their lease and pick it up for cheap. (Or in synth's case ... wait for people to unload it.)

The story is too complicated to get into details now. I'll open this thread back up once I figure out what I want to do. The good news is that there is no liability on my end (No, I'm not insinuating it was in an accident). I have the car, but the question is... will I keep it.........
