Tint question - IR Tint
Started doing a little research on a place to get the challenger tinted and possibly clearbra'ed.
Started with a call to a very high end shop, the clearbra prices seemed comparable to other places.
The tint...well I won't tell you what a quote for a coupe was...:wow:
But they say they use IR tint, which is supposed to be the best of the best at 93-94% heat rejection.
Anyone had their car done with IR...is the premium...and I mean premium price worth it?

my car is IR tinted. doesnt look any different maybe a bit more reflective. but it does stay cool in the summer.
most of the heat comes from the engine compartment anyway. i wouldnt have paid a premium for it. my buddy hooked me up because he owns a shop.
all in all, not worth what they charge.
