The TL doesn't look like a old folks car. I saw two new TLs on the road and they were pretty aggressive; but they were darker colours, probably grey or black. Actually the colour totally did the car justice in what little light I had to see them. None were the lighter colours.
BUT still older people driving them. What gives?

Anybody else seeing something different than me? The TLs are starting to show up more and more...with grandpa and grandma behind the wheel.

Because outside of the internet, Honda/Acura marketing is correct. Majority of people buying the 04' TL are older because that's who the car is targeted towards. Of course we only think their marketing is wrong simply because majority of people on here with an 04' TL are younger. And like you said, most people on the internet are under 30 or so.

The TL certainly isn't an old persons car. I just replaced my 2003 CLS 6 speed with it and couldn't be happier. Actually, I looked at everything from Lexus, Infiniti to the BMW 5 series and the TL was as good as any of those. I set my price limit for a new car at approximately $50,000 and the TL won hands down.
Then i seriously doubt any aspect of the new tl would win hands down...
