Surprised/humbled by the response here.. which is why I always love this board. Figured most people would think it was a dumb choice, but as I see more reviews come out I don't think there is anything else I'd want in this price range.

I did call my dealer and added the track pack. Still no ETA on production, but I'm anxious to see others get delivered next week.

You would not have gotten the positive feedback if it was not a good choice. The peeps in here generally know their cars and are passionate about GOOD cars.


And if you have not caught it, the Accord = Mustang quip is a sordid joke that the regulars know about.

I have never liked the looks of any Mustang previously. I love the look of the new one and especially the GT350. I think you have made an excellent choice.

Thought it was a good choice until I read M4 was in the discussion. Damn that would be hard for me, but the Stang is clearly the better value in terms of performance.

Anytime Bimmer and M are mentioned in the same sentence, this board gets googly eyed. Some may even pick the M3/M4 over the GTR/Vette/911?

I was right there with them. I was going to order a M3 without having driven it.. there was no doubt it is what I wanted untill I drove it. It's special and I'm sure I could grow to like it but never love it.

Only with the GT3 and E92 M3 (w/aftermarket exhaust) have I spent this much time listening to youtube videos of a car, that in itself reassures me that I'm making the right choice. I just hope there are no problems with the engine.

FWIW, it has been the best car I've owned yet (mine in he back, only difference is the tint incl the windshield)

lol I don't think I'll have the Mustang until next year. Rumors are that the 2015's (limited production run) have been produced but Ford isn't releasing them yet.. possibly due to engine vibration issues.

I've had the Accord almost two years, I'm excited about the Mustang but for now the Accord is the best I've had. Ideally I'd daily drive an Accord Sport and drive the Mustang on weekends, but I doubt that would happen.. one would sit and collect dust and it'd likely be the Honda.
