Thanks for the kind words all. I've been on AZ since 2000 if you can believe it and this is my first forum/home! Excuse the pic quality below as they are cell phone shots.
Here is one of the early pics, 100% stock. I'm not a collector and absolutely hate how the car looks in stock form, so made a few of the aesthetic changes. Some purists may object to my changes, but I didn't build this car to sit in a museum.
And here is a work in progress pic (prior to the spoiler) being installed.
You'll notice that I'm much lower in this pic compared to the shot in post #1. This is my ideal riding height, but the exhaust needs to be adjusted and also plan on installing a ride height kit to the front coilovers, similar to what I have on my NSX. Also, you'll notice that the camber is pretty aggressive in the rear. I hope to have that adjusted with a custom camber kit as mentioned before. Unfortuantly, not too many options for these old cars. I think I may possibly have the most money tied into the suspension when all said and done!

I've always wondered how you would adjust those mirrors that sit on the fenders like that. Is it electronically or is it manually controlled since it's an older car?
And any car that is dropped with the right offset wheels will look better than when it was stocked. I LOVE your setup!

I can't get over how good the Hakosuka (Boxy Skyline) looks. That and the R32 and R33 are tops in my book stylistically.

Here is a quick teaser shot of my new to me '72 Nissan Skyline GTX Hakosuka. Motor is stock L20, but has the upgraded twin, side-draft SU carburetors. I purchased the car back in April, and has had some minor restoration, along with the GTR aesthetic exterior modifications. I also have a pretty mean sounding Fujitsubo exhaust. Wheels are Volk TE37v's in 15x9 (-15) and 15 x10 (-25). More to come!
whats the silver car?

Here are a few more shots of the car from my time @ JDM Legends. You can read more about the shop tour, here: http://jdmchicago.com/wp/2013/01/jdm-legends-visit/
