SUV/TRUCK for 10-12k

Looking for a SUV/Crew cab truck for 10-12k. Going to be for weekend use, hauling shit around, etc...any ideas? Heres what i've found and thinking of
04 tahoe z71- 13k 89k- figured i could talk em down
04 Expidetion xlt- 10.6k- 73k
03 escalade- 12k- 98k
03 Navigator- 14k- 76k

Found a few jeeps with hemi's loaded, but i herd there really bad. Would like to stay around my budget but still have some goodies. But over all just want somthing with 4x4 and capible of doing what i need it too. Dump runs, lowes runs, taking the dog and the women/kid out, shit around the house, towing..etc.

I cant complain about the Expeditions. I have had 2 (one just sold with near 200k on it and it was trouble free) my other one is up to 180k trouble free.

Though i will add that the Tahoe will get better mileage

im not so much conserned with milage. Really would just like some longevity.

My dad had a 03 Explorer Sport Trac for 4 years and my whole family loved it. Gas milage wasn't too bad whatsoever. It's sort of goofy looking but it combines the SUV comforts with the truck bed in the rear.

Looked at 4 runners can't really find any nice ones in my area for my price range, not a fan of piloits. Kind of want a V8. From what i've seen ( sister has a 06 4runner v6, bro in law has a 07 pathfinder, and mom has a x5 v6) all those v6's get about the same MPG as a v8. My dads 07 Tahoe gets 20-21mpg while the others get about the same. Plus i've always like the expidetions and tahoes...But then again not really concered with mpg. Just a weekend truck and its an SUV, if i buy an suv/truck for mpg i'm retarded.

But i do like the 4runners alot, but for 12k can't really find any nice ones that don't have a million miles. But i guess that means they have really good resale. Cuase in that price range i was finding 98-03s and one 04.

I personally really like the body style of the 03 navigator and the ride is nice too. But for $ reasons, I'd probably go with the Tahoe out of the above list.

+1 on the landcruiser.

You can pick up a 99-00 with just over 100K for this price, they are awesome trucks.
