in this case, I prefer the matte finished knob to the gloss. The gloss one looks cheap in this case. The shift pattern in CF is SEXXXXAYYY

^^^ OK, actually I was asking if you liked the shift pattern in Carbon Fiber vs. the one without the shift pattern in Carbon Fiber.
I definitely was going to go with a matte finish either way....

well then yes i prefer the Shift pattern with the CF versus the way they have it in their stock photo.
I think it fits your personality and the overall theme of your car much better: Subtle, subdued but Carbon FIber accented.

Initially, I liked the silver inserted 1,2, 3...
but looking at it, I bet the numbers being CF was probably an upgrade they threw in for getting it wrong to begin with.
I don't think you can go wrong with either.
I like the glossy better, but that's not what you're asking.
So be happy with what you got!

Thanks Jeremy! I'm liking it more and more each day. And you're right-the shift pattern part costs more.

Buddy, sorry-no extra pics of the AO Corvette.......
Thanks-I met the Quality Control Brand Manager for Corvette during the show. He took an extensive look at my Stingray. He loved the stance and the wheels. He also asked a LOT of questions about all the Carbon Fiber (inside and out).
In the end, he literally said, "Thank you for your passion, Steven."

Mine are XO Luxury wheels (from Miami). The style is called Verona.
That is Lime Rock Green-it was only offered in 2014. It was the color that was the least popular in 2014. That's why it wasn't offered in 2015.

I don't know if you knew this, but I am a disc jockey at the Classic Rock radio station here in Kansas City (KCFX, 101 The Fox). This is the flagship station for the Kansas City Chiefs. I've been on the radio here in KC for the last 38 years.
I am also the Stadium Announcer/Public Address Announcer for the pro hockey team here in Kansas City. This team is in the ECHL and is an affiliate for the New York Islanders and the St. Louis Blues. I have been the only voice of hockey in Kansas City for the last 27 years.
This video is the first of four videos that are promotions for the upcoming season that starts in 3 weeks. I'm very proud of this video-it features me AND my C7 Stingray. I'll post the other videos as they are launched on social media and e-mail. I hope you enjoy this video.

FYI, went to a Blues game just over the weekend with a friend and his family for my first NHL experience. Didn't know there was hockey in KC but seems like it. I'll have to tune in more to 101 the fox now!!!

Wow, just seeing this thread. Are those Cray Spyder wheels? Very cool you do the play by play for a minor league hockey team. I'm a hockey player myself and own an SC'd C5.

Chiefs certainly don't suck. Not the greatest but much better days now with new coach and front office. Also Chiefs Radio is amazing and superior to any of the crap TV commentators.
Watching Chiefs games at my buddy's house = TV on, sound off, have a portable radio nearby with 101 The Fox on!
