I had some red footwell lighting installed last Friday. At night, there is zero interior lighting, except for the dash. It really needed a little something.....

It's very subtle, but a nice effect.

^^^ No they don't....but don't say that because I know a guys who's LED (in all the vents and engine bay) do that! I heard that all of his LED screwed up his electrical system. He had to disconnect all of them.....I hope-it was awful. He ruined a perfectly good Stingray.

I did add more Carbon Fiber today! The engine bay cowling in now Carbon Fiber......

I thought a lot about this....I'm not going to say "I'm done" modding this Corvette. I'm always bummed when I think I'm done adding to it. So I'm just going to say, "There's nothing else I want to add right now." I'm always looking out for new things. One of the Vendors made a "Bin Buddy". There is a secret cubby behind the navigation screen. This Vendor actually just gave me one-it arrived today!

Shouldn't need to worry. As long as it was wired up properly, there's no way it should damage anything.

OK, I'm having withdrawals.......

I haven't done a mod on the Corvette since April 27th! And the problem is....there's nothing else I want for the car right now. I continue to look, but don't want to junk it up. My goal was to keep this car looking aggressive, but classy.

LOL....guys, I've thought about a Super Charger a dozen times. I bought an extended service policy, so a Super Charger would void the warranty.

Tyler-don't you have a birthday coming up???? I smell S2000 parts in your immediate future!

I'm sure you could cancel the service policy and get a partial refund

My birthday was in March

I like his thinking. Cancel the policy and use the money towards the SC. It will feel like less out of pocket. I'm sure the car is still be very reliable.

Just like the C6, most kits are 10K installed. Then, you need to upgrade other things like the clutch. Expensive, but boy is it worth it on the Vette.

The ironic thing is, the same kits for the Mustang cost 1/2 the price. "Corvette Tax"

Steven, I would do Long Tube Headers next if I were you. Another 40 whp/wtq and makes your aftermarket exhaust sound 10X better, especially in the high RPMs. You would need LT's first anyway if you were to supercharge in the future as you can't supercharge a C5-C7 without them

Similar to Charger/Challenger prices then. Yep the 'Stang and Camaro guys have it much cheaper when it comes to power upgrades.

Brother, you are exactly right! Ironically, Procharger is 5 minutes away from my house, yet they do NOT do installs!

I looked at headers a year ago, but when I discovered you need a tune plus it voids your warranty, I nixed the idea.

That sounds like a wise move.
PS...saw a C7 ZO6 racing a challenger hellcat on the highway yesterday. Hellcat had the lead but I think it's cause the Vette seemed more conservative with his ahole driving 120 weaving through traffic.

To what degree?

If something happens, the dealership has to prove your tune caused the issue.

Couldn't you just reflash it before you take it to the dealer so everything would be "stock"?

For most people, maybe. But, you're a pretty knowledgable guy Steven, so I have no doubt you would call the dealership out if they tried to screw you over.

You also have the support of everyone here for advice as well.

Just give in to the fact that once you start there is never any stopping all together. You may make it a few months or so but then you will find something else down the road.
