I see these all of the time. Its the same Nigerian/German/UK etc scam
Email him to see
He will respond with "The car is currently in europe, send me $13,000 and I will ship the car to you".
E-mail him to see and post his reply here...you will see.
I e-mailed a guy selling an 04 STI for $16,000. I knew it was a scam and acted all interesed anyway to satisfy my curiosity. A day later her responded with "send me the money and I will ship the car to you within a week"
