Its to be expected that someone who modifies a Ferrari has no taste.

I have to disagree on not modding it....its just how you mod it........For me rims, exhuast, intake, and possibly lowering the car a tad will be good for me. Even my friend who owns an F40 modded his car. All he did was change the muffler to a tubi but thats still a mod. All the 430's are hot cars and I hope to be able to own one in a few years.

Sure its wonderful when owners replace stock wheels with less expensive/not designed for the car wheels. All I can think about the Ferrari owner who adds a muffler and tubi to reduce power overall on their car as they think they can take a 65k chvy zosex vette drive by.

I don't you think you know what you are talking about......the Tubi on the F40 actually gained hp and sounds meaner.........as far as the wheels go I am not debating with you on that because everyone has different taste but I think they are designed for the car or they would not have fit........now I agree there are certain wheels that are considered not so great of a brand but as long as the owners are happy with the rims then so be it........bottom line is that they own a f430 and a lot of Ferrari owners are actually really nice people and thankful to own a car like that. You are right that the zo6 is a nice car for the money but its still a chevy, mass produced, and will lose value. Ferrari's go up in value or hold value and are based on F-1 technology. The new z06 will keep up with a ferrari 430 up to a certain point but will be dragged limited unlike the 430 or f40 which can reach over 200mph. Also I rather be in a 430 or F40 rather than a z06 goint that fast.

I am not trying to pick a fight with you but I think you need to get your facts straight.......I am done with this discussion you can think what you want....bottom line is I'll take a Ferrari over a z06 anyday.

You and everyone else can take a ferrari all they want, the botton line is you, me, and everyone else don't have the cash flow for a ferrari; vette it is, yea chevy, haha.

Tubi just happens to be the popular exhaust name that ferrari wannabes can relate too, what it does for ferrari cars is another story as far as performance/$$.

Did I ever say the vette is not a nice car? I did not say I had the cash flow for a ferrari yet either. First of all Tubi is a decent muffler for the cars.......you can talk to a lot of ferrari owners and they know it does not make sense to spend $13,000 on a muffer that will not do anymore then what a $4000 Tubi can do. My buddy that owns an F40 can tell you that his $1500 Tubi is fine for his car and it did gain hp...... he does not need to waste anymore than he has to for something as simple as a muffler.

You don't see any of us going on the vette forums and saying how much a piece of crap corvettes are up to this point. I have respect for the Z06 just like I respect other cars out there.

And yes you are right I wouldn't mind owning a vette until it breaks down on me.

Anyways I am done with this discussion........have a good one buddy while you go watch nascar I'll be watching F-1

Doesn't matter if the z06 is a so called nice car, I think the interior sucks, hehe.

Lets forget everything and just show me a Ferrari 430 dyno stock vs a Ferrari 430 with Tubi dyno for the fun of it.

Ferrari people can't go on corvette forums anymore and post that they are pieces of crap, thats the fun of it.

As far as Nascar, sure its dominating the North American market, but I 'm not really into it. The Vette however does not compete in that series, but in the American Le Mans Series.

150k+ cars that need to gain limited hp and sound meaner with bolt ons? Why does this sound like civic territory? Oh well.

I guess for all those Ferrari owners unhappy with their stock Ferrari sound, we will play a stock track in memory.... F355( yes basic sounds ) http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...5222&q=ferrari

I love an exotic that has been modded out right. One thing I dont like about Ferrari's is the rims. The Enzo and F50 dont look so agressive until you put some aftermarket rims.. with taste of coure.

one of the best top gear reviews, the Ferrari F430, where they played the Mike Shinoda remix of Enjoy the Silence by Depeche Mod

that Novitec spoiler does not go with the lines of that car at all. Rear bumper is hot tho. Personally I LOVE the rims with the red lip. WAyyy more unique than the other 2 Ferrari's shown on this thread.
