Nope, I didn't take pics but it didn't look nearly as bad as it cost. I try not to remember things like that.

Guess I'm wrong. My girlfriend is from South Jersey and all of the illegal immigrants register their cars in PA but live in NJ. I was always told it was because in PA you didn't need insurance. Must be for some other reason.

After 14k + 8k in damage, I think it'd be time to make that someone ELSE's headache.

Good luck with yours, Scott! I don't think you'll top Ashburner's numbers.

I got in an identical accident in my 2000 Trans Am only i was hit way harder. There was no frame damage, however they didn't wanna total out my car, (this was in 2001) cuz they'd have to pay me 30K so they repaired it, 9K in body damage, but the suspension was trashed (long story) But looks fixable, it'll be expensive, but doesn't look like frame damage from the pics G'luck scott, at least you're ok. And take care of that back, I have permanent spinal damage from my hit

Nah theres plenty of illegal immigrants in PA that drive without insurance too. It happens all the time but its still illegal.

That sucks.

1 week after I bought my Maxima, a good friend of mine rear ended me. Luckily all I got were 2 small holes in the bumper from some spike tips he had on his plate.

I got rear ended at a stop light and the only damage was to the trunk box and lid, one tail light - ended up costing about 4 grand when it was all said and done. that was from less than 5 mph (we were at a red light and she got going before I did).

I say about $9,000 in damage based on my experience.

So we now know that when CLpower says...

"My car is FUCKED UP"

He really means, "My car got some mild booboos"

and when he says "I'M GOING TO KILL BRIAN"

He really means, "My cousin Brian hit me. "

Hope all gets fixed CL, I love GTO's

I see baller things in the future of this car. Most definitely a new front bumper, some different taillights, and a spoilerless trunk. Best of luck, buddy.

Dude, hook me up with some marine batteries

going to get all the holes on the trunk filled (including pontiac emblem) and probably paint the wheels a heavy grey metallic.

To far away for a deal, I can try to get you a certificate though
