I got in an identical accident in my 2000 Trans Am only i was hit way harder. There was no frame damage, however they didn't wanna total out my car, (this was in 2001) cuz they'd have to pay me 30K so they repaired it, 9K in body damage, but the suspension was trashed (long story) But looks fixable, it'll be expensive, but doesn't look like frame damage from the pics

I got rear ended at a stop light and the only damage was to the trunk box and lid, one tail light - ended up costing about 4 grand when it was all said and done. that was from less than 5 mph (we were at a red light and she got going before I did).
